Platform Commission by Tier

RentBridge takes a commission on each settled rental — and higher tiers keep more of every rental:

Commission is deducted automatically at settlement, when a rental is returned. Owner payouts settle same-day via Branch instant payout. See Payouts & Deposits for details.

White-Glove Onboarding

Guided Setup — $499 one-time

Best for small operators with a single location.

What the agent does:

• Imports your equipment fleet from CSV

How It Works

1. Email billing@rentbridge.ai with your tier choice — we'll send an invoice
2. Send us your fleet list, customer data, and any existing rate cards
3. We run the setup (AI-assisted) and send you a "Your RentBridge is Ready" completion report
4. Log in to a fully configured platform — typically within 2–3 business days

Billing

Cancellation

Cancel anytime:

1. Account Settings > Billing > Cancellation
2. Click Cancel Subscription

Your account remains active through the end of your current period. Data is retained for 90 days.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
