If you use RentBridge to manage your customers, we process the customer information you provide, including names, contact details, rental agreements, and payment history.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the RentBridge platform
• Process equipment inspections, rental agreements, and invoices
• Power AI features including dynamic pricing, predictive maintenance, and damage assessment

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Service providers: Infrastructure (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), telematics (Trackunit), email delivery, and error monitoring services that help us operate the platform.
• AI processing: Equipment data may be processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) to power damage assessment, pricing optimization, and maintenance predictions. This data is not used to train third-party models.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation to ensure your equipment and customer data is protected. All telematics data, inspection photos, and rental agreements are stored in isolated, encrypted environments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain platform features.

RentBridge is a business-to-business platform designed for equipment rental companies. Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
